Beta Program Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy covers the ToMoreNow beta program: the waitlist on this website, testing the app through TestFlight, and the things testers may choose to send us or take part in. It is separate from the app's own Privacy Policy, which covers what the app does on your phone.

The app still sends us nothing about you. Joining the beta does not change what the app does: it has no account, and your goals and conversations stay on your phone. Everything below is something you give us yourself, or that Apple's TestFlight passes to us.

Some of it is health information, starting with the waitlist's ADHD question. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers that part in more detail and sets out your rights over it.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist on tomorenow.com, we keep what you put in the form: your email address, your answers to the screening questions (including whether you have an ADHD diagnosis), the goal you describe if you type one, whether your answers put you on the shortlist, that you consented, and when you joined. It is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website, on a server in the United States, and used only to decide the order of beta invitations and to send the emails the form describes. We do not record your IP address or browser, and we do not share or sell the list.

The ADHD answer is about your health, and you give it voluntarily: you can answer without a "yes", and you are still on the list. The form has no tracking pixels and no advertising. To keep bots out it uses Turnstile, a bot check from Cloudflare that runs in your browser without identifying you. A sign-up that answers "Under 18" is thanked and not stored.

Testing the app through TestFlight

The beta is distributed through Apple's TestFlight. While you test, Apple collects crash logs and usage information from the beta app and passes them to us, and any feedback you submit in TestFlight, such as screenshots and comments. If we invited you by email, Apple shows us your name and email address with it; if you joined through a public link, Apple does not show us who you are. You cannot switch this off within TestFlight. Apple's own collection is described in TestFlight & Privacy.

We use what TestFlight gives us to find and fix problems in the app, and for nothing else. Apple's terms do not allow us to pass it on, and we do not.

Beta metrics you send us

Settings in the beta app offers Share beta metrics: a file of numbers, yes-or-no values and dates about how the coaching went, with no text in it. It counts things like check-ins sent and answered, actions logged, messages exchanged, and which coaching approaches ran. It also counts how many times the app showed its crisis-support card, and how many notes you added read as a hard moment, without any of the notes themselves. Those two counts are health information.

The file stays on your phone unless you send it. We ask testers to send it at the end of the beta, and we use it to judge whether the app does what it promises. When you send it, it arrives with your email address, so it is linked to you. We will ask for your consent in writing before you send it.

Exit interviews and the rating panel

At the end of the beta we ask testers for a paid interview of about half an hour: how the app fitted into your weeks, how it felt after a bad week, whether it ever mishandled something serious you told it, whether privacy matters to you in choosing an app like this, and what price would seem fair. If you tell us about something serious, we write down what happened so we can fix it. You can skip any question and still be paid.

We may also invite a few of the most active testers, from among those who sent their metrics file, to a paid rating panel: you read sample replies from the coach and score them. Your scores are kept with the rest of the beta data.

We keep notes of interviews and panel sessions. We record the audio or video of a session only if you agree at the start of it; you can say no and still take part and be paid. If a session is held over a video call, the call service carries it under its own privacy policy, and we tell you which one when we arrange it. We will ask for your consent in writing before an interview or panel session.

Being paid

To pay you for an interview or a panel session, we collect the payment details you choose to give us, only to pay you. The service that makes the payment handles it under its own privacy policy. We keep a record of each payment for as long as tax rules require.

Email with us

Email you send us, including any metrics file, arrives in our email account with Google and is kept there for the beta. We use it to answer you and to run the beta.

This website

This website serves its pages, images and fonts from its own address. The one exception is the waitlist form on the home page, which loads Cloudflare's Turnstile bot check from Cloudflare, under Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum. The site runs no analytics and no advertising.

Who sees it

Only Sunya Innovations LLC. We do not sell or share beta data. The services named above store or carry parts of it for us: Cloudflare (the waitlist), Google (our email), the payment service, and a video-call service if a session is online. Apple collects TestFlight data under its own policy. If anything needed to go further than that, we would ask you first.

How long we keep it

Everything that identifies you, from the waitlist entry to interview notes, recordings, metrics files, TestFlight feedback and our email with you, is deleted 90 days after the email that announces the public launch, or sooner if you ask. We keep only totals that cannot be traced back to anyone, such as how many testers answered a check-in or how they rated a price, and payment records for as long as tax rules require.

Adults only

The beta program is for people 18 and over. The waitlist does not accept anyone under 18, and if we learn that someone in the beta is under 18, we delete what we hold about them.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw from the beta or withdraw a consent at any time. Email tomorenowapp@gmail.com from the address we know you by. We answer within 45 days, at no charge. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how requests work and how to appeal if we decline one.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not use what you have given us in a new way without asking you first.
