Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy covers the consumer health data we collect through the ToMoreNow beta program: the waitlist on this website, and what testers choose to send us or tell us during the beta. It is written for Washington's My Health My Data Act, and it applies to everyone in the program, wherever they live. The Beta Program Privacy Policy covers the program as a whole.
The app is not part of it. The ToMoreNow app does not send us your goals, your logs or your conversations; they stay on your phone, as the Privacy Policy explains.
The consumer health data we collect
Your answer to ADHD? (diagnosed, seeing someone about it, self-identified, or none of those) is health information. Because the rest of your entry sits beside it, we treat the whole entry as consumer health data: your email address, your age band, your answers about apps you have quit and about a goal you have been trying to move, the goal itself if you type one, whether your answers put you on the shortlist, that you gave consent, and when you joined.
If you test the app, we may also hold:
- the counts in a Share beta metrics file you send us, two of which are health information: how many times the app showed its crisis-support card, and how many of your notes read as a hard moment (never the notes themselves);
- what you tell us in an exit interview or panel session, including anything you tell us about the app mishandling something serious, in our notes and, only if you agreed, a recording;
- anything health-related you choose to put in TestFlight feedback or an email to us.
The waitlist does not record your IP address, your browser or device, or your location.
Where it comes from
From you: through the waitlist form, the files and emails you send us, and what you tell us in a session. TestFlight feedback reaches us through Apple. We do not buy data or combine what you give us with data from anywhere else.
Why we collect it, and how we use it
To decide the order in which people are invited to the beta (the first round is held for diagnosed ADHD adults), and to send you the emails the form describes: when a beta round opens, whether you are in it, and when the public version opens. During the beta, to judge whether the app is safe and does what it promises, and to fix it where it does not. Nothing else. No marketing list, no advertising, no profiling.
Your consent
We collect it only with your consent. On the waitlist you give it with its own checkbox, and the form saves nothing without it. During the beta we ask for it in writing before you send a metrics file or take part in an interview or panel session, and we ask again, at the start, before recording a session. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, and we then delete what it covered.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. We do not share or sell consumer health data, and we have no affiliates. Some services store or carry it for us and process it only on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and stores the waitlist; Google, which holds our email; and, if a session is held online, the video-call service we name when we arrange it. Nobody outside Sunya Innovations LLC reads it. If that ever needed to change, we would ask for your separate consent first.
How long we keep it
Until 90 days after the email that announces the public launch; then the waitlist and everything from the beta that identifies you is deleted. Sooner if you ask. We keep only totals that cannot be traced back to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you and to show it to you; to list everyone it has been shared with (the answer is nobody; the services above only store or carry it for us); to withdraw your consent; and to delete it, including from those services.
Email tomorenowapp@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and say what you want. We may ask you to confirm from that address, so we know the request is yours. We answer within 45 days. If we need longer, we tell you why within those 45 days, and the whole thing takes no more than 90. There is no charge.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the word Appeal. We decide appeals within 45 days and tell you the outcome and the reasons. If we deny your appeal, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. We will not use what you have given us in a new way without asking you first.
